PRINCIPAL, Rhonda Ladner

Rhonda Ladner is the managing partner of SANDBOX SOLUTIONS, LLC in New Orleans, a consulting and training business focused on all aspects of Customer Relationship Management. She and her partners formed the company in 2003, combining their years of corporate experience and success in customer service, call center management, sales, sales management, public relations and training/development.

Rhonda is a native New Orleanian with a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of New Orleans. She is an adjunct faculty member at Delgado Community College, and she’s currently working on her first book. She is a member of the American Society of Trainers and Developers, the National Association of Women Business Owners, and the Women’s Business Council.

Rhonda’s extensive professional training curriculum includes many of the most well-respected and results-oriented programs in the country. In her training capacity, she specializes in teaching sales techniques to professionals in non-traditional sales roles. As a consultant, she provides grant and proposal writing expertise to some of the state’s largest companies. In an offshoot of her growing business, Rhonda is also accepting invitations to speak at meetings and conferences across the Southeast.
