The company was formed in 2003 by professionals interested in combining their years of corporate experience and success in customer service, call center management, sales, sales management, public relations and training/development.

In developing a curriculum portfolio centered on Customer Relationship Management, the partners at Sandbox Solutions scoured the marketplace for established training programs built on scientifically sound foundations, choosing to represent only the best-in-class program for every category. We spent months researching the most highly respected publications from behavioral scientists and sociologists. The result is a diverse portfolio of course offerings that have proven success over many years, augmented by the real-world experience of our partners and trainers.

Our philosophy is simple. Most of what we know about Customer Relationship Management as it relates to human behavior and decision-making really was probably learned when we were children.
